I haven't had my car serviced there but these people got my dog when she was about to be run over on 3rd St. See, someone tried to break into my house and my other dog must have scared them away, because they ran and left my front door open. Anyone that cares enough to save your dog, track down your # and take care of her until I could get there is someone I would trust to do right by my car!

I happily found me a new inspection station today. But before I did, I stopped in to give these guys one more chance AGAIN. And lo and behold, AGAIN they said they're not doing inspections because their system is down. This seems to be the case every other time I visit. Also, about every other time they say they're mechanics aren't around. I get the feeling they dont want to do inspections so they lie and just say it's down. I think they have a hard time in finding good help as well.

I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. I paid for a diagnostic and repair, but the exact same issue returned immediately after leaving. I was then told the repair requires equipment they do not have and was referred elsewhere. From a customer standpoint, that means paying for a diagnosis that did not lead to a resolution and then having to pay again at another shop for the same problem. I was also told by front desk staff that situations like this are handled in a similar way, which was concerning to hear. If you choose to come here, I would strongly suggest confirming upfront that they have the equipment and capability to fully diagnose and repair your specific issue

I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here based on my experience. I paid for diagnostic work and a repair, but the exact same issue returned immediately after leaving the shop. From a customer standpoint, that means I paid for a diagnosis that did not lead to a resolution and now have to pay again at another shop for the same issue. I understand diagnostics take time, but I would expect either a clear path to repair or transparency upfront if the issue is outside the shop’s capabilities. To make matters more concerning, I was told by staff that situations like this are handled in a similar way, which raises concerns about how often this happens. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and I would advise others to consider that before bringing their vehicle here.

Update: I understand that diagnostic work involves time and labor. However, the issue returned immediately after leaving, and I was then told the repair requires equipment the shop does not have. From my perspective, that means I paid for a diagnosis that didn’t lead to a resolution and now have to pay again elsewhere for the same issue. I would have appreciated being informed upfront or having the diagnostic cost credited toward the next step. Additionally, I was told by staff at the front desk that situations like this are handled in a similar manner, which adds to my concern about how this was managed. If we’re unable to resolve this directly, I will be submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to seek a fair resolution.
